Trixie, | Terrible! I ordered all silver frames and 7 business days later I got all gold. My show opens on Thursday evening, and I don\'t have frames for 3 paintings.
David Tycho, | I ordered a Standard Plaque Mount and they shipped me a FLOAT MOUNT. I called to talk to them about returning for a refund. The Manager (Azda of which I could not hardly understand) said I had to pay for the shipping back to them and they would not refund till they received their mess up back. I am a little preturbed about this considering IT\\\'S THEIR SCREW UP! I am NOT saticfied AT ALL!
